It's been quite sometime I shared about films. Last film for which I had shared my thoughts was Vikram back in 2022. I was bit out of track when it comes to blogs. However, this film has pushed me / inspired me / motivated me to write this post.
"MASTERPIECE" is the best word to describe this film. I have watched survival thrillers and series in the past but this is something else. The film is edited so well. Not even a single unwanted scene. The screenplay was particularly good in the second half. The music was very good. This is not a horror movie but there will be one jump scare scene which is one of the highlights. I watched this film in my hometown in a mass theater with mass audience. Even they liked the film so much that they couldn't resist to whistle during the show.
The quality and diversity of the films from Kerala industry this year are simply unmatched. Brahmayugam in February, Premalu in March and now Manjummel Boys. (Manjumel Boys was released in February in original Malayalam language.)
Don't miss the film in theaters. It is an experience. This is one of such films where language is not a barrier and can be easily understood in any language.
